Tanner Health is seeking a dedicated and highly motivated urologist to join our new urology hospitalist program through West Georgia Urology, a Tanner Medical Group practice. This is a unique opportunity to practice urology in a collaborative, hospital-based setting.

Job Description & Schedule:

• Will provide coverage at Tanner Medical Center Carrollton and Tanner Medical Center Villa Rica.
• Schedule is one week per month; 7am Monday start time - 7am Monday end time.
• Inpatient duties will consist of urologic consults, bedside procedures, daily rounding on urology patients, and collaborating with West Georgia Urology partners to delivery seamless care for patients.
• 24/hour call requirement covering both Carrollton and Villa Rica facilities.
• No established patient panel. Adult-only patient population.
• Da Vinci 5, Xi, and X robot systems.
• EPIC EMR.
• Abridge AI medical scribe assistant.
  
  

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted Georgia medical license and DEA, or ability to obtain one.
• Board eligibility or certification from the American Board of Urology.
• BLS certification.
•  Required procedures: general and emergency urology procedures.
