Non-Profit Hospital System | Robot Available | PSLF Eligible

A leading non-profit health system in the New Orleans metro area is seeking a Urologist to take over a turnkey, fully built practice. Clinic and OR are under one roof, with dedicated robotic block time and immediate patient demand that positions you for strong production incentives in year one.

The Practice

• Hospital-based practice within a large non-profit system
• Clinic and OR in the same building
• Robot available, with dedicated OR space and block time for urology
• Tenured physicians on staff to mentor new graduates

Call

• 1:4 call, with a goal of moving to 1:5 as providers are added
• True consult service with no trauma call
• Light call taken from home, with call-ins only for rare emergencies

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary plus RVU production model, with total compensation of $700K-$800K
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
• PTO, CME, and retirement
• Licensure, DEA, and association fees reimbursed
• PSLF qualifying system
